This past Saturday Kevin Harrison kicked off our spring season for our group runs. Our groups will meet on Tues. and Thurs. at 6:14pm. We offer two locations which are the Hub City Running Store and we also meet at the 9th grade campus parking lot at Dorman High School. Each location offers a couch to 5K group and a 1/2 marathon group. We are specifically training for these races: Spartanburg 5K and Mountains to Main Street 1/2. Training groups are free to the community. All we ask is that you stick to your commitment in the goals you set for yourself. These groups provide the opportunity for community involvement, fellowship, friendships, and great accountability along the way.
