5:00am Morning Runs
(this group is for experienced runners who run at least 3 miles or more)
This group meets at the Hub City Runner's store on Tuesday and Thursday mornings
Night Group Runs
Couch to 5K
Beginner 1/2 Marathon Group
(Never have completed a 1/2. Must be able to run at least 3 miles)
Advanced !/2 and Full Marathon Groups
(Must have completed a 1/2 Marathon and or running 6 miles or more)
These groups meet every Tuesday & Thursday @ the Hub City Store @ 6:30pm
Saturday Morning Runs
These runs are determined by each group leader each week with changing locations. Times and locations are posted on the Hub City Runners Facebook page.

HCR is the home of the Hub City's Couch to 5K groups, Beginner 1/2 Marathon groups, Innermediate to Advanced 1/2 Marathon groups, Biking Groups, & Triathlon Groups.
